Election of Directors


At the fall of 2018 the terms of three INTDS directors, currently held by

Bettina Lommel, Hironori Kuboki and Stefan Zeisler

are expiring and new directors have to be elected by the members of the Society.


The Nominating Committee (Ntombizonke Kheswa, Yoshio Yamazaki and Goedele Sibbens (chair))
appointed by the president of the INTDS, has the pleasure of presenting a selection of candidates to INTDS members for their consideration.
The newly elected Directors will serve on the Board for a period of four years, starting November 2018.


The ballots should be returned to the chair of the nominating (and scrutineers) committee by post or by e-mail
before 4 october 2018 (address is given on the ballot)
or can be handed to the nominating committee (or scrutineers) during 29th INTDS conference at FRIB, East Lansing, the latest during the membership business meeting.

Gabriel Schaumann (Institute for Nuclear Physics, Darmstadt, Germany)

Dorothea Schumann (Paul Scherrer Institute, Villigen, Switzerland)

Dannie Steski (Brookhaven National Laboratory, USA)

Stefan Zeisler (TRIUMF, Vancouver, Canada)


When making your final selection of the new directors (max. 3) please keep in mind that directors should represent, as far as possible, a different geographical locations.
